Hello, My name is Lauren Louise Fruge'. I am the
daughter of Shawn and Denise Fontenot. I am 15 years
old and currently a sophomore at Mamou High School.
"This year will be amazing!", that was the first thing
that came to mind when I was crowned the 2009 Teen Miss
Courir de Mardi Gras. It has already been amazing. I
am so excited to be able to represent Church Point & the
Saddle Tramp Riding Club. Also, to have the
opportunity to travel and meet so many great people and
show everyone just how amazing and unforgettable Church
Point Mardi Gras is. I have already met so many amazing
people. I can't wait to spend my year fulfilling my
duties and proudly representing Church Point and the
Saddle Tramp Riding Club.
